The privacy and confidentiality of all our customers is very important to us. Therefore, how we collect, communicate, disclose and make use of personal information collected via our site is solely for the purposes intended, unless we obtain consent from the customer.  Any information collected will only be retained for as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our services. If you have a concern after any service is completed, please contact us within 24 hours of your clean.  A team member will return to inspect and resolve any issues identified.

Payment Methods: 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, cheques and e-transfers. Clients with contract services can be invoiced monthly with payment due upon receipt. First time and one time cleaning services, payment is due in full before or at the time of service. 


Any gratuity is appreciated and can be added at time of payment which will be provided to the employee who completed the service.


Before an appointment

Prior to the OCS team arriving, please ensure that your home is ready. Excessive clothing, toys and other items should be removed in common areas. We do not clean up biohazardous material and we will work around that area.

Cancellations, last minute changes or lock outs 

A full service fee will apply and due upon receipt of the invoice should we arrive as scheduled, and you decide to cancel or postpone the service.  We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  In addition, your service fee will also apply if we are unable to obtain access to your home for any reason. 

If you or a member of your family are sick, please notify us immediately so we can reschedule.

If a team member is ill, we will attempt to assign another employee and notify you immediately.   Otherwise, we will reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
